Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want your Sole Sisters shopping experience to be smooth and reliable, so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Shipping within New Zealand

Free delivery on all orders over $200 NZD.
A flat shipping rate of $8 applies to North Island
A flat shipping rate of $12 applies to South Island
Rural delivery incurs a flat fee of $25 and may take slightly longer.
Delivery to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier or Stewart Island is $30
Orders are shipped via tracked courier services (e.g., NZ Post or Courier Post).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags — a physical address is required.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of full payment being received.
Delivery is typically 1–3 business days for urban addresses and 3–5 business days for rural areas.
Shipping may be affected by public holidays, but we'll always do our best to keep things moving swiftly.
We courier Mon-Thurs. Orders received Fri-Sun are dispatched on Mondays

Signature Required

For security reasons, a signature is required on delivery unless you have provided Authority To Leave (ATL).
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left with details on how to collect your parcel.
If you choose ATL, please note we cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage once the item is delivered.

Delivery Address Tips

Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that someone is available to sign for the parcel.
To avoid delays, double-check your address details before placing your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch before dispatch. If your parcel has not yet been collected by the courier, we’ll arrange a full refund.
